Game type: Dice game, speed game, and pattern challenge

What is Flash!?

Each player receives six dice and races to complete the same challenge. A challenge may ask for matching numbers, a sequence, or another visible result. Players may keep useful dice and reroll the rest, creating a quick test of focus, probability, and decision-making under pressure.

How does it play?

  1. Reveal a challenge. Make sure every player understands the target before rolling begins.
  2. Roll at the same time. Everyone rolls all six dice simultaneously.
  3. Keep and reroll. Set aside dice that help complete the target and reroll the others as often as needed.
  4. Call completion and score. The first player to finish claims the best available scoring chip. Continue through the selected challenges and compare totals.

Why you might like it

  • Everyone plays at once, so there is almost no waiting between turns.
  • A complete game fits easily into a short event window.
  • Multiple challenge types add variety without adding much rules weight.

Who is it best for?

Flash! is best for families and players comfortable with real-time competition. Players need to see die faces, handle several dice, and process patterns quickly. A non-timed adaptation can make the activity more comfortable for anyone who dislikes speed pressure.
