What is Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza?
Players take turns revealing cards while saying the words “Taco,” “Cat,” “Goat,” “Cheese,” and “Pizza” in a continuous cycle. The spoken word usually has no connection to the card—until the word and picture match.
When a match appears, everyone tries to slap the center pile. The last player to react takes the pile into their own deck. Special cards interrupt the normal rhythm with a required gesture before the slap.
How does it play?
- Deal face-down personal piles. Players keep their cards face down and do not look through them.
- Reveal and chant. On each turn, reveal the top card away from yourself while saying the next word in the Taco–Cat–Goat–Cheese–Pizza sequence.
- Slap on a match. When the spoken word matches the revealed picture, everyone slaps the center pile. The last player to slap takes the pile.
- Perform special actions. When a special card appears, complete the gesture described in that edition's rules before slapping.
- Empty your cards and finish the job. A player with no cards still chants and reacts. To win, that player must be first to slap correctly on a required match or special card.
